[Leading Edge 2014]The 2014 coating version is undergoing the final surface treatment. When all versions are finished, they will be opened. The new shell looks very textured, heavy and feels very good.
I think it's really good. I hope you can give me more opinions at that time.
2 important points:
1. The ratio of the shell to the key cap is not perfect and needs to be adjusted according to the first sample.Of course, these are minor problems. The clearance between the key cap and the housing is easy to repair.
If you want a real battleship, please give me private-message and I will count you in the customer list. The more people, the cheaper.
When you are satisfied with the final sample, I will give the number of customers to the supplier.
I will try my best to get the lowest price.

2. The metal shell of 6580 was canceled because it was ugly, the new 6580 housing with Bigfoot design is extremely ugly

It was originally planned that there would be a PC version in leading edge 2014, but the sample effect was not very good. The PCB in leading edge 2014 was very small, which made the interior look very empty. This single PC sample would be sold separately on eBay or DT. When the Group officially opened, the PC version would be retained, but if there were not many people for the PC version, the PC version would be cancelled.

I'm interested. Want to see some prototypes first, though. I'll admit I'm not super excited about making everything "wider" but I'll try to stay open minded. My beamspring cases are in pretty good nick, but I definitely have an F122 that needs a new shell.

for this project i give a +1 good job, definitely looks like the original one and the price seems reasonable for a metal case. Cant imagine how much itll weight :O

But for me this is sadly no option. i do want to have a more sturdy case for my 5251, but ill go for a original design i want to build myself. For me this keyboard is ugly...
