What is a fair price for an IBM 5110-3 (5120)t?
In reality, paint is ruined in the front part of the keyboard, posting a similar computer:

Likely made by Cherry. If you open it up, you might find a sticker with an article number somewhere on the plate/PCB assembly. It should have something like "G80-xxxx" where the x's are digits.
As for a value.. Not much. I would guess 100EUR maximum if you're lucky. There's little interest in these very old Cherry boards with this type of keycap.

Supply and demand. These old caps and boards are rarer than what came later, but so is the interest in them.
I quite like the caps myself, especially the ᛭ Even have a few of my own. But enough to buy this keyboard? Nah.
(I only kept one set.)

I'm discussing about 500 eur, can this sum be considered a fair price for this kind of beast?

I think it might be worth more but if it goes to a nice peep, I think it's not too badgianni wrote: ↑11 Mar 2022, 09:10I'm discussing about 500 eur, can this sum be considered a fair price for this kind of beast?

I've got a Pingmaster (6112884) lying around that I bought some years ago, unused, unmodded and still in the original box. What could I expect to get for it these days? Stonks have gone up, right? (Picture snagged from the wiki)

Swedish already sold, sadly, but I'll make sure to post some pictures once I'm eventually done. The plan is to have it professionally re-painted and fitted with a converter. What I'm dreading is cutting out the foam, to be honest..AnnoyedWalrus wrote: ↑17 Mar 2022, 10:06I hope you will post a picture of the norwegian one when you are done and please keep me in mind if or when you decide to sell your swedish beamer.snufflecat wrote: ↑17 Mar 2022, 06:57I have a Norwegian one as well, currently in the midst of restoration.

Considering it's a 1000 case and the keycaps are still in pretty great shape I'd argue some will pay 80€ for it, maybe up to 100€ if you are lucky.
It depends on area as well. In Germany the supply is big but the demand is even greater.

Anyone know how much a G81-3000 SPG would be worth.
I think it's in good condition, some discolouring around the edges of the some of the keycaps.

Great find. These are the best UK caps out there.
That said, UK layout is potentially the least popular layout for Cherry dyesubs. Unlike some other ISO layouts, the only people who really want this set are people in the UK. And for the most part, UK users aren't that into vintage.
I'd guess about 150-250 quid if the condition is as good as it seems, but I wouldn't expect to find a buyer quickly because it's so niche. I'm giving a large range because it's really hit and miss, depending on how many people want it at one time. You got lucky with legend placement, it's close to perfect.
If you send me photos that show the surface texture across the board (example) I'd be happy to give you a more accurate rating of condition. I can only guess from the photos you sent.

Hello!
I'm curious to see what I could expect to get for my semi-restored IBM 3278 beamspring keyboard.
The top case has been professionally re-painted, I've cleaned all the keys plus replaced the degraded foam.
I have also bought a USB controller and new solenoid, but I'm seeing that the amount of work required to install and configure these might not add a substantial amount to the final selling price.
That said I also don't have any reliable way to test if the keyboard is working correctly, but mechanically it sounds like it should, at least. The last beamer I sold went for ~$1000, and that one I didn't do anything to what so ever.
