I dunno what it is, but it a) looks cool and 2) went for over $1000.thefarside wrote: ↑08 May 2022, 20:00Interesting “portable” IBM keyboard. More like a crazy num pad:

Most likely an external keyboard for IBM 501 (Automatic Numbering Gang Punch), which was brought to market around 1926 according to this source. And I thought tech from the 70'ies were oldhellothere wrote: ↑19 May 2022, 18:36I dunno what it is, but it a) looks cool and 2) went for over $1000.thefarside wrote: ↑08 May 2022, 20:00Interesting “portable” IBM keyboard. I did a little Googling on it and I couldn't find anything.
Why buying the whole pc, when you can go for the keycap set for only 567€kbdfr wrote: ↑22 May 2022, 09:16NIB TA Dario (Triumph-Adler) desktop computer + monochrome monitor + Cherry keyboard
The seller of this NIB set for sale on eBay for 2000€:
https://www.ebay.de/itm/284815458380
now offers it on the German eBay small ads platform eBay-Kleinanzeigen with a price "proposal", as he puts it, of 900€:

Not going to comment on the sacrilege of buying this immaculate whole set just for the keyboard, but still…
Yup. I also think Mitsumi Miniature Mechanical. Not your name. The keyboard . IIRC, that thing needs a controller box that's somewhat pricey, too. Also not you. Well, maybe. I don't really know you.mmm wrote: ↑04 Jun 2022, 15:15https://www.ebay.com/itm/225016746775 "Vintage Troy Systems Ltd Systems Keyboard - Untested (CG37/157)"
150-ish keys minimech nightmare similar to the big Reuters keyboards. No idea if the remaining switches are yellow minimechs.
*That my name bears a resemblance to the Mitsumi Mini Mech acronym is a tragic coincidence.
Looks like they were sold about an hour after your post .ekeppel wrote: ↑07 Jun 2022, 16:26Two M122s and One F122 for $325 plus shipping:

Not all, 1385151 and 1435068 are examples of F122s that don't follow the usual 611 number scheme. As to why they have those Model numbers, your guess is as good as mine. Intended for different systems perhaps? Later revisions? Who knows
Its just an IBM F AT. Nothing special, the seller is just confused.Bjerrk wrote: ↑18 Jun 2022, 14:51What's going on with this keyboard? Seller claims that it is not a Model F, but it certainly looks like one.
Normally I'd ignore such a claim, but I'm a bit intrigued since I can't find anything on the parts number, and the inside of the shell looks a bit unusual (in other words: the clickbait totally worked on me):

The description is entertaining. Interesting to know one with the box is worth so much.hellothere wrote: ↑08 Jul 2022, 00:18https://www.ebay.com/itm/224845636983
A model M can be yours for the low, low price of $1500 (although, the seller will consider bids around $499). Or you can get one for almost half off!
Yup. The $1500 one. I shall quote, but I'll use spoiler tags because it's a rather long quote. The only thing I'm fixing is the 5 or 6 blank lines between paragraphs:thefarside wrote: ↑08 Jul 2022, 03:49The description is entertaining. Interesting to know one with the box is worth so much.
