Does anyone make an ADB to USB programmable adapter that runs something like QMK?
I have the opportunity to buy an Apple Extended Keyboard II, and would like an adapter that will make the keyboard programmable with macro support. In a perfect world, it would run QMK and have VIA support.

The kind I always use: do it yourself. Build the hex, flash it to a Teensy, and hook it up inside the board.
Should also work for external converters, including Orihalcon's. You just need to flash it for yourself.
Can't speak of VIA though. Probably needs built from source instead of the QMK GUI.
