I am hoping one day Matias or Ducky will send you one of their programmable keyboards to review. Ducky One 3 and Matias Ergo Pro are both programmable without software, and Ducky is hot-swappable. Unfortunately, Ergo Pro is ergonomic, but hey, nobody is perfect
