Didn't know these existed in this colorway until the other day, then went out in the wild and found one new in-box.

Never owned or used one of these (in any variant) until now, but I'm impressed. It's unapologetically a rubberdome, but the key feel is consistent across the whole board. The keys have very nice sound and weighting, and considering it sat in a box for for 20 years, it feels good.

Big photos: front, back label, on my desk.

According to some googling, these shipped with Dell Precision T7400 workstations in the mid aughts.

Where can I buy this keyboard?

BTW. The black Dell keyboards in that style exist in maybe half a dozen different domes from different OEMs. And they are called "QuietKey" like an older, classic beige rubber dome keyboard from Dell more associated with that name.

One of the black ones gave me so much finger fatigue at work, that it led to me using mechanical keyboards there.

Why does it say "added spam link removed by mod, user banned" up there? I didn't put in a link there in my original post?

For being a rubberdome, this one is special. Hands-down the best-feeling rubberdome I own. Feels amazing. (Also better than the Chicony KB-xx23-style rubberdomes).

For a while these were on eBay, but then they were removed. No idea why.

I had one is this colourway at one point, think i ended up donating it to my old work before moving abroad. Not a bad dome keyboard, ive always thought the HP KU-1156 and the HP with the silver top were both far better though. The dell was a bit more mush.

Best dell ones imo were the ones included with the optiplex in 2012/13. They were somewhere between chiclet and full height, sounded like a btc board.

The poster quoted you, but edited the quote by adding a spam link to lure readers as if it were your link..
So the mod removed the spam link and banned the spammer.

Don't know if there is a difference with the black ones vs this lighter one, but the black version is one of my least favorite keyboards I have ever used. I do like this color though, never seen one before.

In my experience, many Dell rubber dome keyboards used to suffer from quite tough resistance when keys (esp. longer ones) were pressed near their edges (not in their centre). Maybe this keyboard is the exception to this rule?
