If you need Alt Gr, you could remap the right Win, App or Ctrl key with software.

From the looks of it, there is no flashrom inside the board, so the firmware can not be updated by the user ever.pat wrote:Does anyone know if KBC have plans to release software and firmware so people can customise them themselves?

I ordered one of these in the Geekhack group buy for the states. Looks like a sharp board that's easily customizable with your choice of quality switches that doesn't cost your next child (hhkb2). I am really looking forward to using the KBC poker!!! About half of my decision to purchase one came from Deskthority, too. Thank you!

If you need it I made an UK like ANSI keymap, to easy access accented and £ keys, which is not annoying for US users because all of those dead keys.

It is really important to select keyboards that do have high quality. It is for the assurance that it will going to function well and would last longer.

But not when using Linux...
Seriously, it is far easier to use a right Alt key as Alt Gr instead of all this trickery. If only the Poker was reprogrammable... But then again, that would have raised the price.
