Redirection to an empty page after submitting a post!

I had this in the office today and now at home:

When I post and hit Submit, the post gets submitted but I'm not redirected to the post. Intead I see a grey (empty) page.

It is since today.

I get an error message. (using Chromium) But my post seems to be posted.
