I picked that one up like two years ago from Yahoo Auctions Japan for sixty (Cherry fanboy), just for the NIB fetish. At the time it was a reoccurring auction there, and was also available in shops in Japan (I searched the part number). After I sent it to sixty, I think he mentioned something weird that it actually fit better on IBM caps and wondered if it was bootleg.
