Please vote for your winner of The Deskthority Award 2012. This is the "super category". What was extra special in 2012?

By voting in this category you can win a custom WASD V1 keyboard.

This is the final round. See the first round and second round for reference.

The winner of this category (if a member) will receive a Deskthority Award Clack Factory Wingnut Trophkey!

The nominees are:

7bit for all his continuous efforts in various things
Last year's winner of the Deskthority Award 2011 continued to be a great member of the community with his incredible efforts in keycap group buys, switch group buys, designing new layouts and most recently exploring the HyperMicro and HyperMini keyboards.

Cherry for powering most new keyboards
In 2012 mechanical keyboards continued to be a big hit. Almost all new mechanical keyboards are powered by the Cherry MX switch.

HaaTa for all his amazing archaeology
This man cannot be stopped! He already won the Best relic/discovery award last year, and this year continued to amaze us with a continuous parade of rare vintage keyboards.

The ErgoDox project
The ErgoDox is a DIY keyboard project initiated by Dox. The keyboard is split into two halves, each having a columnar layout. It's an amazing project.

The Phantom project
The Phantom is a PCB with a programmable controller and a mounting plate designed by bpiphany. It was available in a keyboard community groupbuy. Various layout are supported, and it can be fitted with original Cherry doubleshot/dye-sub keycaps.

Hold up a sec, the previous poll thread shows the Phantom not making it, Matias making it.

If you're talking about entries in bold, it shows your vote, not the ones with the most votes.

To make up for my tardiness (work has been busy...). I shall post one of my latest findings here.

IBM 5954339 - Found with help from Parak
There were a bunch posted on ebay recently, Chinese and Japanese ones (mine is Japanese), all NIB.
Sadly, I don't know if I'll be able to get to a converter this year...as I am lacking that little thing called "spare time".
Uses vintage (linear) green alps, and are among my favourite linears.

Waitaminute — those Alps switches, are the keycaps U mount?

Those vintage Cherrys that fossala found also had "⊤" shaped sliders — only those were "⊦". Must have been a reason for only having three points of the "+" originally.

Another switch for you to put on the wiki, HaaTa.
