I noticed that many of my previous try before you buy items went more smoothly when I was actively facilitating everybody by streamlining the sinklist process ( manually )
Ceesa is using a more de-centralized approach which I like a lot and used for my latest items, but somehow this decentralized approach does not work that well for the items I am spreading around.
Then it hit me : until there is a fully automated way to manage these items ( via a website , but this will take a loooong time for me to build ) I'd like to make it possible for people to step up and manage an item for the community( manage the participants list, manage the collecting of addresses and forwarding them, following up on delayed sinklist items ) and as a reward they would receive the contents of the surprise bag.
This is the rough outline of the idea : help me manage the sinklist items and get rewarded with the surprise bag ( which is filled by the different participants of the list )
So? What do you think?

Thanx Fossala!fossala wrote:I will give you a hand for free. I'm here enough anyway.
For free?
Nah.....
Efforts like that need to be reciprocated
Any preference on which list to manage? There is an upcoming try before you buy item ( mousetrapper and rollermouse ) which I'd like to tour the CONUS first.

Could you make a list of the upcoming rounds in the OP?
Are there any other things in planning then the mousetrapper/rollermouse? Also, I was going to offer to add my filco trackpad to that sinklist, since I hardly use it anyways.

I'll handle that. I don't have a GH account though. Would this be a problem.Mrinterface wrote:Thanx Fossala!fossala wrote:I will give you a hand for free. I'm here enough anyway.

Put me down to manage two Trybag rounds. I would have taken Asia, but I think tinlong is more qualified for that. Ill take care of CONUS and EU.

@ Acanthopis : I put you on the manager list. Thanx!
I have enough managers now.
Please have a look at the different sinklist items and post your preference in this thread. ( Some of those items have already been allocated )
I'll concoct a little 'manual' as to now the process should go. I am always open to suggestions as to better ways to manage it, but for now I am very thankful for all the offered help.
