Green light for uneven orders from KBC - That means go nuts and have all your friends and family buy one until the end of March. We can ignore the MOQ "steps" for this order and order with any amount. Go Go!

Red are linear while blue are clicky, I haven't a red mx board but I have a black linear one and I prefer the blues for typing, but it's mostly a personal choice. Read around, watch the videos / reviews and choseruneazn wrote:and how do red feels?
i might change it to red as i always can buy blue..
how do reds feel for typing?
and how for gaming?

Unfortunately, none of that can substitute for actually testing a board with red switches. Before I bought a Filco with blues I watched tons of videos on youtube and dug myself through an equal amount of reviews/topics across the net. The experience was totally different from what I expected....xbb wrote: Read around, watch the videos / reviews and chose

Reds feel like linear Browns. Because that's what they are. So in gaming I don't see a lot of difference and in typing they are OK, just more boring than Bobby Brown. And THAT'S pretty boring.

Well, let's say very "surprising". Took me an hour or so to appreciate the difference in tactility in comparison with the browns. All in all I prefer the browns due to their lightness, though. (the blues are almost like excercise to me....)runeazn wrote:good or bad?

ok, i'm shure that I want this keyboard... But now I'm unsure about getting it with reds, starting to want the blues...
Do you think that the Red Switches will get standard like the blue, or is it another oneoff like last time?
Because if the Reds is a oneoff I ofcourse want the reds, but if that not is the case I'm going blues.
What do you guys think?

Well, the reds are not uncommon in Asia. However, in the west it's a total different story as you certainly know... Considering this I don't think that this is likely.Swede wrote:ok, i'm shure that I want this keyboard... But now I'm unsure about getting it with reds, starting to want the blues...

Sweet, would you know if this is the same version as the one Geekhackers will get? The font kinda sucks, I might have to put my Futura Filco keys on it.
Also what's the deal with the 7 key?
