Could be various errors.
1) Could be a dead board, busted IC or other more easily replaceable part. Some of these Focus boards used re-pluggable ICs. See if yours is loose
2) The board could be running in XT mode instead of AT. If you slide a small screw driver under the logo on the top left corner, you will notice that it can be opened up to reveal dipswitches. Play around with the settings and see if it boots now. Just in case, remember the original switch position if this does not fix the errors and reset the switches to that, so the wrong setting can be excluded from further "debugging"
3) Your PC might be too modern and might not supply enough voltage over the PS2 connector. Personally, I have never experienced this problem (probably because my hardware is too ancient always), but I heard of several cases with vintage keyboards.

Ok, Ill try the switch under the logo. Also theres as switch on the back of the board that says normal and inverse. I originally booted on normal because that was what it was on and none of the lights flashed during boot. So I tried it with inverse and the lights flashed. Which one should it be on? Also is it this adapter? http://www.monoprice.com/products/produ ... 1&format=2
Edit: theres nothing under the logo.

Pics Kinda dirty. One of the plastic clips on the back that holds it together is stuck, and I don't want to break it.

Damn. I got two of those, both Alps White Clicky Complicated. Mine had the switch but no cutout.
Got a label pic? Maybe there is a secret decoding ring here.

I bought one of these a little while ago and was surprise at how cheap the construction was. Very flimsy, ended up putting the switches in a minitouch. The key caps are nice though.

Thats very odd, I took a pic of under the logo I have nothing there it just pops off for no reason. I wish I could get this thing working. One of the 3 little clips that holds it together is tilted and I am having a very hard time trying to open the case.

You need to pull the noodle cover clips off before opening up the keyboard.
Grab and pull toward you.
Start on the back tabs. Stick a flat screwdriver in and release them.
See the tabs? 4 on the front. Don't break em!

Im not that keyboard challenged. =P
Its just that the the tab on the far right doesn't even look like its physically possible for it to come out. I don't think you would be able to tell if I took a pic, but there isn't enough room for it to unlatch.
Edit: I got it open finally! I was surprised at how clean it was compared to my G80's.

Actually if I'm reading Sixty's post correctly it just moves the switch matrix around a bit.
Time for the Blue Cube! It worked for this dude at OCN!

So I should go from AT -> PS/2 -> USB?
And that thing is expensive as hell! With shipping it would be more then the board cost.
