I don't know if GMK can do the old logo in doubleshot, but I think a classic set should have a classic logo and not a modern one. Otherwise just put some lettering one them, like code or something else.

Why? Having pad-printed Windows logos from the nineties instead of doubleshot current Windows logos makes no sense to me. Microsoft wasn't any better in the 1990s than it is now... If we don't want the current Windows logo I'd rather have double shot cherries or diamonds or something instead.

This I like the logo and I would rather have a doubleshot than a pad print.

So far GMK has been very generous with new molds for my requests.
Current status is two kits requested with both just a few keys and GMK offered to include one key for which they have to make new molds per kit!
The third "new mold" key we're requesting is the diamon 1.25 modifier key. That's enough new molds for one round

If this goes through, GMK will have DT-logo molds and we can get some DT keys in all future GBs at no additional charge.

But a doubleshot win95 logo key is on my top list for novelty keys in future rounds.

I think they already made an old Cherry logo symbol legend right? They would only have to transfer that to their 1.25u modifier mold. A Cherry symbol would be kind of fitting for what this set is.

Maybe. But a bit too strong. Logos are inherently novelty caps, not fundamental mods. Diamonds work better, I think.

The Windows logo is a logo though, so it's not as if a logo is a strange or unusual thing at that spot on the keyboard, we're merely replacing the Windows logo with a Cherry logo.

Hm the Cherry logo is the best alternative I've heard so far. After all, it's not uncommon for keyboard manufacturers to replace windows keys with their logos.
I definitly want to see "Fn" and "Pn" keys as part of a Poker kit. After all, Poker is a very popular keyboard and it makes sense to add some extra keys for it.

What I also like alot are cursive f1, f2 keys like on the infinity design:

Aw I'm sorry I didn't mean to sound that impolite. I already requested the diamond shape from GMK and I just makes a very consistent kit together with the other HHKB keys.

I rather want to work on small, consistent kits instead of creating large, universal mod kits where 2/3 of the keys end up in the drawer.

What I meant to say was: thanks for the input, I can totally see the Cherry logo 1.25u mod replace the Windows keys in the Round2 HADapter kit!

I understand that we're going to have Win 8 symbols in the HADapter kit and diamonds in the HADditionals kit now, right?

If this is true, is there also an alternative Menu key in HADditionals, and what will it look like?

any timeframe expectations on when will this GB start @Wodan?

I was planning to start a signup phase for the Pre-Order phase soon. Still looking for the best way to keep track of orders and payment status. Once I have 50 orders paid, I will place the order with GMK. First tier of participants before I place the order will get the GB-price, after that there will be a slightly higher pre-order price and once they're in stock there will be a retail price.

Hope that's a good way of doing this. I want to get the order placed with GMK as early as possible. We will be waiting for these caps long enough, that will give me enough time to find buyers for the 100 kits I paid in advance.

Ps: Start and Code are good choices should there be room for 1-2 more mods

Finally got a quote from GMK for the HADditionals kit.

Seems like it's going to be 15 retail price and 13,50 pre-prder price.
Including the new mold DT key and the new mold diamond mods.

Any feedback on the price? Mockup in the OP
