Matias has finally posted keycap offerings on their web site:

They don't mention it on the site, but if you send them an email, you can order individual keycaps and stabilizers.
The caps listed on their main site are still ABS, but the blanks look rather good and they are holding up well on my Matias-switch V60 (typing on it now).
Matias keycaps also can be ordered on their Matias-60 site, but it will be a long wait for the GB to come through. At least some of these caps will be PBT -- I suggest emailing them to find out if they have sufficient sales of the 60% board to convert all the caps to PBT. Note that the bottom row for the 60% will only work on the Matias 60, but the other rows are standard.
