So I am possibly in the market for a compact bluetooth mechanical keyboard with easily removable/replaceable batteries. I don't care much for the keyboard with the rechargeable internal batteries, because those always wear out sooner than I would like.

From what I know, the market for this type of keyboard is pretty slim. These seem to be the only bluetooth mechanical or electrostatic capacitive keyboards with removable batteries:

1. Filco Minila Air
2. Bluetooth HHKB
3. Bastron tablet keyboard that was on Massdrop

Is there anything else out there that I am missing? I am aware of other mechanical keyboards out there with USB wireless receivers, but I am not interested in those because I plan to use this keyboard with a tablet that will have limited connectivity.

Wasn't there also a small Varmillo Bluetooth keyboard? But when I remember correctly I did not find it anymore, where to buy it.

I got a pretty good one... but no removable batteries.

My JD45 was adapted for bluetooth and battery, but that's not standard, though you might try something like that. It was surprisingly easy to do (using the adafruit for the bluetooth); the biggest thing was the case.

Well thanks guys. I guess my choices remain as slim as I thought they were. Meh.

I just picked up a Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 TKL https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/in ... ail&p=2023, which is bluetooth, TKL, and uses regular replacable batteries.
