Rubber feet like topre

I'd be impressed if you found feet with the same texture/design, but I guess you could find something that would serve a similar purpose from a arts/crafts or hardware store.

When I need to replace missing rubber feet, I just cannibalize rubber bits from keyboard trash or other devices and cut to fit if necessary. Shouldn't be too hard to find a piece of rubber?
