Cool and sad at the same time. Sad because how many hours and effort went into a joke? A joke as a big corporate effort..hmm I don't know.

AFAIR the coders at Google have to obligatory spend 10-20% of their working time for inventing things totally unrelated to their work. Maybe this comes from this free time?
