[FMF] Free Model F - Foam

Introduction

The Foam is considered priority 1, being 0 the highest priority. It shall be designed to work together with the barrel plates.
As such, at this stage it is important to record constraints that would affect specifications of other components.

The initial staring point is the use of neoprene and punch holes. More efficient and automated options may be considered.
