Hi,
I was thinking about my IBM collection and I remembered that I have a Model M keyboard with a speaker which I never new how to use. I then thought about the Leyden Jar i2C interface. I made a quick search in google and I came to this : https://forum.arduino.cc/t/sending-audo-via-i2c/468992
Putting all things together we could make the speaker play some sounds on key events or custom QMK keys.
What do you think ? Shall we investigate this option with lower priority ?

It is supported by QMK using a DAC directly connected to the MCU (it seems ... I am reading fast) !
