Flat-sitting mechanical keyboard (without tilt)?

I like mechanical keyboards and have been using them for many years. But as I get older, my wrists are hurting when I type.
I think the culprit is the fact that many mechanical keyboards have an upward slant such that the F keys are higher than the spacebar. Sometimes by a matter of 1/4-1/2 inch.
I’ve searched online for mechanical keyboards that sit flat, and ordered many of them that look like they do that – only to find when I get them that in fact they have the same tilt I’m trying to avoid.
Anyone have any suggestion suggestions? Ideally, I’d like a 75% layout and brown switches but at this point, I just want to use one that lays flat so that my wrist don’t hurt.
I’ve been using a non-mechanical keyboard that sits flat and my wrist don’t hurt, but I don’t enjoy typing and I’m making more mistakes.
PS I use a Mac though I’m not sure that really matters for this.
