Hello, this my first electronics project and I would like the pcb checked over. It will be a custom cherry mx keyboard with an arduino uno r3 as the matrix controller. Attached are all relevant files. Let me know if you need more. Below are specific questions I have. Thanks for any help.
Nick
Is there enough spacing between keyswitches?
Is everything wired correctly?
My pcb house hase an option for carbon ink which they recommend for high stress applications such as keyboards. To upgrade, I would need to pay$50 extra. Is this worth it? From the very limited info I found, it seems to protect from shorts.

Carbon ink would have been a good choice if you where going to create something like the SNES controller, where you have a conductive dot in the top of the rubber dome which, when depressed, will complete the carbon ink trace trace on the PCB, actuating the switch.
It is however completely useless in a Cherry MX keyboard.

I didn't check the schematic but on the PCB you only have 16.51mm between the switches.
Cherry specs say 0.75" / 19.05mm from center to center so you won't get caps on your current design
