The Archer 65 Position Multiplexed Output keyboard is apparently the official replacement keyboard for the Commodore 16, coming originally from Commodore who liquidated a large quantity of surplus keyboard mechanisms for the Commodore 16 computer through Radio Shack under cat. no. 277-1027. The keyboard is allegedly also compatible with the Commodore 64(C) and the Vic-20, but in either case the replacement procedure involves using a soldering iron.[2]
