If you do this, you will get a keyset which covers your modern regular keyboard (like Filcos with 104 keys) or Cherry G80-1000 or G80-3000. It will have lightblue text on lightgrey keys and lightblue on darkgrey modifiers.

How to Order

• Send a message to: [7bit_r4]
• Please don't ask [7bit_r4] any questions! Ask User:7bit intead!
• [7bit_r4] is more or less a Perl script, no human person, which will never answer any questions!

Step 1: Choose a style

The following key-profile, color and text-placement styles are available:

• ROUND3: What we had before, ALL-CAPS, CENTERED, Dolch-scheme.
• RETRO: Camel-Case, off-center (left or top-left), lightblue on lightgrey with lightblue on darkgrey modifiers.
• NOIR: Same text-style as RETRO, but in white on black.
• DARK: Same text-style as RETRO, but in black or orange on dark-grey.

Suppose, you want two 104 key standard layout kits in RETRO style and default color (Blue on White), you have to add the following line to your message:

RETRO/STANDARD 2

Please notice that there is a space between RETRO/STD and 2. You can add as many spaces or tabs you want, but no other characters are allowed to separate the Order-ID from the quantity. If you want to order just a single set of a kit, you can leave the quantity away.

Step 2: Choose the kits

For every style there are several kits available. They are listed below. Prices for these kits are currently inaccurate and might change depending on how many orders these kits get in a specific style.

If you decide to take the FUNCTION and NUMERIC kits in the default color (Blue on White), your list looks like this:

Step 3: Choose the colors

There are several different colors available for each style. You find the colors in the decriptions of the kits.

In our example, there are the following colors available (fg-color/bg-color):

• BLACK

The first value is the text or foreground color and the 2nd value is the key or background color.

If you want to add 2x modifiers in BLUE on GREY and a gamer kit in RED on BLACK, your list looks like this:

Step 4: Submit Email Address

Don't forget to enclose your e-mail address!

Just write your e-mail address into a separate line or write EMAIL e-mail@address

Tux key from Round 3.

Tux keys are available in 2 versions, one for dark backgrounds and one for light backgrounds. The chosen version depends on the selected colors. As a matter of taste it is preferable to have the tux in dark gray or black, on whatever background!

FAQ

Q: How do they look like

I have a round 3 set, so I know that the keys look like. Do you have any pictures of the Bianco and Retro style of keys? I might want to go that route to switch it up, and your descriptions are good, but if at all possible, I would like to see them before deciding which set to purchase.

A: Bianco and Retro do not yet exist. There is a picture of what the Retro kit could look like, but colors will be a bit different.

Bianco is mainly black on white with additional colors, like red, green, blue for the text available. I will add some layout graphics to show how it should look like.

Q: Control for Caps Lock part of STANDARD?

Will the TENKLESS set come with the 1.75 control key and the smaller caps lock key for those of us who switch them? I believe that was the case in the standard round 3 kit? or did we have to order those two keys separately?

A: Yes, TERMINAL, STANDARD, and TENKLESS come with both keys included.

Q: Arrow keys in the TERMINAL, STANDARD, TENKLESS, and TKL kits?

A: All standard layout kits (TERMINAL, STANDARD, TENKLESS, and TKL) come with both variants, arrows and text (Up, Down, Left, Right)

Q: RETRO style

Q: What I really want is the deskthority group buy for my filco cherry blue. I would like the light blue on grey and light blue on dark grey for all my keys, including modifiers. Is this possible? It seems like right now, the closest thing is the RETRO style, but with RGB modifiers?

A: This would be RETRO . The RGB modifiers will be add-ons. You would need to order: RETRO/STANDARD RETRO/SPACE RETRO/RGB
