Hirose Cherry MX Clear is a linear Cherry MX switch from Hirose. Little is known about these switches and more than one version may exist, as they have been used for both normal keys and as a space bar switch. In the latter case, it was used as the space bar switch alongside Hirose Cherry MX Orange, on the NCR F020. Hirose Cherry MX Clear is not Cherry MX mount, although it will accept Cherry MX mount keycaps; the reverse is not true.
The switch may bear either the Cherry logo, or the inscription HCP for Hirose Cherry Precision; both versions can be found on the same keyboard.[1]
