The modifiers appear to be doubleshots, at worst it might be a Tai-Hao spring-over-membrane. I don't think Tai-Hao made rubber domes, and the "APC" branding may indicate it has APC switches.Blaise170 wrote: ↑If the WYSE were in better condition I'd consider getting it. But the APC looks suspiciously like a rubber dome to me despite the "clicky" claim.

This seems like a good deal on an FK-5001 with functioning calculator, has a stuck key but that's easy enough to fix.

He came down to $150 for everything when I messaged him personally. I declined it though because I just wanted the keyboard, hahaha. Shipping for everything is really expensive >_<Chalba wrote: ↑This guy came down to 232.24 shipped for this leading edge + the computer. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Leadin ... SwKb1bPtBa
edit: I just realized that's the same offer he gave you...you simply added shipping to it... I'm a moron.

That has not been my experience. I usually try to do free shipping, but there have been several occasions that an item has not sold with free shipping, but when I broke the shipping out (leaving the final price the same) it sold quickly.Chalba wrote: ↑
since offering free shipping and just including it in the price is a much quicker way of selling imo.
Unless and until everyone sells the same way, there will be confusion and inconsistency.

Since eBay charges you fees on shipping anyways* I don't see why everything isn't "free shipping" and then the shipping is just automatically added into the cost of the item.
* eBay charges fees on shipping now because people many, many years ago used to list items for $0.01 and then have $350 shipping.

In my experience the quickest way my items sell has always been to offer the "Fast and Free Shipping" option, which requires you be able to ship within a day or two of receiving payment. It stands out more among the listings, but of course your schedule also has to allow it.fohat wrote: ↑

I once had to sell one like that at work; I described it as "The rich tone of a well-smoked meerschaum pipe". I asked the seller for the part number and he reports a 46010A. For the chance to try FLS that haven't been through the ringer, I'm down. Figured, somebody else might want the other.

Once an item is sold it can't be searched for anymore, unless you check "sold" listings.

I did in fact search for sold listings, still doesn't come up (even now). I did some research and apparently this isn't an uncommon issue. Anyway, I ended up using an external eBay search aggregator and found it that way. Looks like I'll have to set up my alerts there instead of eBay itself.//gainsborough wrote: ↑
